Welcome to Mahmee! Congrats on joining the care coordination platform designed for maternal and infant health. You are becoming a champion!

With these 5 steps, you'll get the most basic account set up tips for the quickest way to start using Mahmee.

1. Say hello to the Customer Success team!

The customer success team helps you meet your organization's unique needs with Mahmee. We'll make sure you have all the resources and guidance to meet your goals. Say hello in the platform by selecting the chat support button. Want to meet us in person? For Premium memberships, get 1:1 time with a customer success team member in our open office hours by scheduling HERE.

2. Complete your professional profile

Patients and providers in the Mahmee Network see your profile and reach out to connect. Set up your professional profile and select your notification preferences in your user profile.

3. Make your organization's profile shine!

Potential patients and other providers can view your organization's profile on mahmee.com. This is a great opportunity to show off how awesome your organization is! Depending on your membership plan, new patients may also be able to request an appointment from your organization. Account admins have access to update and customize their organization's profile.

4. Start navigating

Get familiar navigating Mahmee by watching 'Navigating the provider dashboard' and 'Navigating a patient's medical record' from our provider tutorial. Remember, in this article, we're giving you just the basic essentials. Feel free watch the entire tutorial HERE for a deeper dive into our features.

5. Invite your patients into Mahmee

Your patients will want to know what Mahmee is and how to use it. We've made the patient experience user-friendly so it is easy to navigate on any device.

Each organization is different so the way you talk to to your patients about Mahmee will differ. Here is an example of what some Mahmee Network providers use:

" We manage care and communicate in an online platform called. Mahmee I'm going to send you an invite to register/join. It is not an app so there is no need to download anything. From there you can . . . [Insert the features your patient will be using] "

For example: "From there you can send me messages, view visit summaries, and complete intake forms"

Starting inviting your patients to join Mahmee and connect with your practice.
