Profile settings
From the Provider Dashboard, click the dropdown box under your name in the purple navigation bar. Select Profile,
Personal profile
Enter or edit your Personal Profile information. Add your profile pic to increase visibility in the Mahmee Network. Any personal information, such as your address, phone number and fax number, are not viewable to the public.
Select 'Save' at the top of the personal profile section to save changes
Professional profile
Select edit to update your Professional Profile. Your Professional Profile is viewable to the public and other providers. Select your appropriate Specialties, Degrees, Certifications, and Area of Expertise. So this is really a place to make yourself shine!
Select 'Save' at the top of the Professional Profile section to save changes.
Select 'view public profile' under your name to see a preview of what your Network listing will look like.
Account Settings
Account settings allows you to change your time zone. Typically, your time zone is detected when you first create your account. If you need to change your time zone, select Edit, choose your time zone from the drop down menu. Then select Save.
How to upload profile picture in Mahmee Platform
First, save your preferred good quality profile picture onto the device you’ll be using to update your profile picture
Log into your account in network.mahmee.com on your computer
Hover over the purple column on the left hand side of the screen and click your initials in the circle -> click Profile
Click Edit to the right of the title “Personal Profile”
Click Add Profile Photo under your name
Select the profile picture you want to upload. Please make sure it is a professional photo of yourself.
Click Save on the top right
And there you have it! Your new photo should reflect in your Mahmee profile for all of your patients to see. Thank you for completing these steps!
