Finding a patient's medical record:
Login to your provider dashboard.
Use the search bar on the top of the screen and search by the patient's name, infant's name, or email address.

Patient contact information
Medical record: Info about the birthing parent, including screening scores, medications, allergies, demographics, health information. Scroll down to find info about the patient's pregnancy and infant health.
Health Monitors: View health monitors such as; blood pressure readings, Fetal kick counts, and infant age-to-weight growth chart (WHO guidelines)
Care - Locate past, upcoming, and in-progress care. Care includes appointments, Interactions, Support groups, coaching sessions, and classes.
Team - View members of the patient's Care Team
Plan - View the patient's Care Plan in a timeline format on the left.
