Finding important information on the patient's medical record page.

Finding a patient's medical record:

  • Login to your provider dashboard.

  • Use the search bar on the top of the screen and search by the patient's name, infant's name, or email address.

'Care' tab -> select appointment date -> 'View Chart'

All messages to and from a patient

Top bar -> 'View messages'

To send a patient a message

Top bar -> 'Send message'

Medical record documents

(letters, superbills, etc)

Top bar -> three dots -> 'View documents'

Blood pressure readings

Fetal kick count readings

Infant's weight chart

'Monitors' tab

patient's flags or warnings

'Flags' tab

Patient interaction notes

'Care' tab -> Filter -> select 'Interactions'

Registered support groups/classes

(previous and upcoming)

'Care' tab -> Filter -> select 'Support group', or 'Class.'


Components of the patient's medical record:

(see numbered pic below)

  1. Patient contact information

  2. Medical record: Info about the birthing parent, including screening scores, medications, allergies, demographics, health information. Scroll down to find info about the patient's pregnancy and infant health.

  3. Health Monitors: View health monitors such as; blood pressure readings, Fetal kick counts, and infant age-to-weight growth chart (WHO guidelines)

  4. Care - Locate past, upcoming, and in-progress care. Care includes appointments, Interactions, Support groups, coaching sessions, and classes.

  5. Team - View members of the patient's Care Team

  6. Plan - View the patient's Care Plan in a timeline format on the left.
