Upload organizational documents and files, then add them to your patient's Care Plan. You have unlimited storage for documents and files added to your account.

File size limits
There is unlimited storage for files and documents on your account.
Accepted file formats are .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .mp4, and .mov.
The file size limit for a single document/file upload is 100mb.
Uploading an organization document or file
From your Organization’s Drop down menu on the top right of the screen, select Manage Resources.
Select Documents on the left side.
Select the appropriate folder for the document or file. If you do not want the document or file in a folder, go to the next step. If you’d like to group your documents and files into folders for easy reference, see below.
Select the New Folder icon on the right. Enter the folder’s name. Select Create.
Drag and drop or select ‘browse’ to upload your file.
Once the file is uploaded, it will appear in the Documents menu.
Select the menu button (three dots) to the right of the document or file to edit, download, or delete.
Quickly locate a document or file by using the search bar or filter drop-down at the top of the Documents page.
