Manage support groups and classes to measure success! This article shows covers:

Marking attendance

Mark attendance for in-person or external video groups and classes. This helps you measure attendance at your events and adds the support group or class to the patient's medical record.

When using Mahmee Video, attendance is automatically recorded. However, for in person events or external virtual events, registration will need to be marked after the session is finished.

  1. When a group or class session is over, return to the support group/class session details page.

  2. Select the dot icon (. . . ) to the right of the patients name.

  3. Select 'Attended' or 'Absent' for that patient.

Registration data will updated in Mahmee when you return to the session details page.

Sending feedback surveys to attendees

Send feedback surveys to attendees from the support group/class session details page. Feedback surveys are available in English and Spanish.

  1. On the Select the support group/class session details page, select 'Send Survey to Attendees' button on the top right of the page.

2. Feedback surveys are sent to your patient's Mahmee messages inbox. From there, the patient can take the feedback survey.

3. After a survey is completed, return to the session details page and select 'View Survey Results', to see feedback survey results.

Manage Registrations

Add attendees - From the session details page, select 'Add' next to the registrations title. Enter the patient's name in the search box. To search for patients, select the 'Select from Patient List' dropdown menu to access a full list of patients.

Select 'Register Attendee' to register all of the selected patients in the 'Add Attendees' box.

Unregister attendees - Select the dot icon (. . . ) to the right of the patients name. Select 'Unregister' to remove the attendees name from the registration list.
