Invite your patients to set up a medical profile on Mahmee and connect with your organization.

When you add or invite patients to join your organization, patients receive an invite link to create their profile.

Adding/ Inviting a new patient to your organization

  1. From your Provider Dashboard, click 'Patients.'

  2. Select '+ Invite Patient'

  3. Enter the patient’s information, then select 'Send Invite.'

  4. The patient will receive an invitation link to create their account and complete their medical record.

  5. Once you've invited a patient, they will appear in the 'Total Patients' list

  6. You may begin documenting information about the patient before the patient accepts the invite.

Adding a new patient with an existing Mahmee account

  1. From your Provider Dashboard, click 'Patients.'

  2. Select '+ Invite Patient'

  3. Enter the patient’s information, then select 'Send Invite.'

  4. The patient will receive an invitation to connect with your organization. The patient will listed in the 'Pending Invites' section.

  5. The patient must approve the invitation to connect.

  6. You cannot view or edit their profile until they approve the invitation.

  7. After the patient accepts the invitation, they will be visible in the Total Patient list.

About the Patient page:

Total Patients - The number of total patients in your organization. You can filter your patient list by type of patient, assigned providers, due date, baby age, and date connected.

Care Team Requests - Patients requesting to connect with you or have been referred to you by another organization. You can approve or deny the Care Team request. Once you accept the request, you can access the patient's medical record.

Pending Invites - Invited or added patients who have an existing mahmee account. These patients will be viewable in Pending Invites until they accept your invitation to connect. You may cancel or resend invites by selecting the three dots next to the patient's name.

Archived Patients - List of inactive patients. Archived patients are not displayed or counted in the 'total patients' list. Read how to archive and unarchive patients for more information.
