What to do if your patients and/or team members did receive their invitation to join Mahmee

Here's how to make sure your patients and team members receive their invitation to join Mahmee.

Troubleshooting Invites

  1. Only use one email address per team member

Some organizations have a group email address for multiple members of their team. For instance, your interns might all share the address

[email protected]. However, on Mahmee, an email address can only be used once. When inviting team members, make sure that you have sent each invitation using a separate email address.

2. Double-check that the email is spelled correctly

It happens to all of us! It's easy to miss a typo when you're writing an email address down. Double-check that you sent the email to the right address.

3. Have the receiver check their spam inbox

It's possible that the email ended up in the spam inbox. Make sure the recipient checks their spam and/or promotions folder.


Resend invite to patients

  1. From your provider dashboard, start on your 'Patients' page.

  2. Locate the patient in the 'Total Patients' box or the 'Pending Connections'

  3. Select the dot icon (. . . ) next to the patient and select 'Resend Invite'


Resend the invite to a team member

You can resend the connection invite to a team member by clicking on the three dots next to their name and clicking "Resend."
