This article explains:

Completing tasks

For each user, tasks can exist in four states:

  • unavailable: these tasks cannot be accepted by the current viewer because they are targeted at a different care provider or work list

  • available: tasks that available to the viewer to accept to start working on it

  • accepted: a task that the viewer has accepted and is working on

  • completed: a task that has been marked as done

How do I accept and complete tasks?

  • If a task is available to you, an 'accept task' button is visible

  • If you have accepted a task, a 'mark as done' button is visible

  • If you have completed a task, a 'done' button will be visible.

Un-accepting a task

If you accept a task by mistake, you can un-accept it using the three-dot menu next to the task.

Un-completing a task

If you complete a task by mistake, you can un-complete it using the three-dot menu next to the task.

Deleting tasks

You can delete a task by selecting Delete from the three dot menu next to the task.

If you created a task, you can delete it as long as no one has started that task. A task cannot be deleted if it has been accepted by another provider. If it has been started, send a message to the person who accepted it to ask them to un-accept.

*Note that deleted tasks remain in the system for administrative purposes but will not appear on the platform.
