Viewing tasks
You can view tasks in three main places:
Your provider dashboard - overview of all tasks
A patient's medical record in the 'Tasks and Monitors' tab -- focussed on the tasks related to the patient
The tasks page - Select the task icon from the purple navigation bar on the left. The tasks page shows all tasks. Select a task to view task details.
Viewing task history
Select a task to view. On the task's detail page, the task's details are located in the left column, and the task's history thread is located in the right column.
You can view all of the activities and changes made to a task since it was created. Use this feature as an audit trail to quickly understand how the task has evolved and who has been in contact with the patient.
Viewing both history and comments
The right side of the task details shows a timeline of changes and additions made to the task since it was created. There are three ways to filter this timeline:
History: shows only the history of the task and the changes made to it
Comments: shows the comments added to this task
View all: shows both the history and comments in chronological order, with the most recent at the top
