What is a Work list?

Work lists refer to people with a particular skill set. Mahmee manages six work lists:

Tasks can be assigned to people or work lists. Assigning a task to a work list allows the first person available in the work list to accept and complete the task. Assigning to a work list ensures that patients gets the fastest care response possible.
