If you cannot see or create calendar sessions then please talk to your administrator to make sure you have the correct permissions.
The calendar, available in the purple navigation bar on the left, allows you to book and manage a range of different types of sessions:
Appointments
Support group sessions
Classes
Events - any generic event such as staff meetings, company events, lunch hours, times of unavailability, time off, etc.
View your calendar
You have two ways to view your calendar:
Month view - see the whole month at a time with all days and all sessions
Day view - see a single day at a time with all sessions for that day
Navigate to different dates on the calendar
Click on the day, month or year at the top left of your calendar page. Use the mini-calendar modal to navigate to a different day, month or year.
Filter your calendar and view other people’s calendar
Use filters in both day and month to view:
Team members schedule - Select and view the calendar of your organization's team members
Type of calendars - select to view appointments, support groups, classes, or events.
Create a session
You have a number ways to book a new session on the calendar:
Month view - click on the day you want to book the session .
Day view - click on the time you want to book the session.
Day or Month view- click the “+ Add Event” button in the top right corner
Once you have selected the date/time of the session, choose the type of session from the dropdown menu.
Selecting 'support group' or 'class' will direct you to the 'Support Group and Classes' details page.
Selecting 'Appointment' will give you a modal to schedule the appointment.
View a session
Clicking any scheduled session in the calendar will open a modal, providing details of that session.
Edit a session
Click on the session you want to edit. Select the 'edit' icon to be directed to the open 'edit mode', allowing you to change details of the session.
Delete a session
Click on the session you want to delete. Clicking on the delete icon will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the session. If you choose to confirm, then this session will no longer show in the calendar. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Reschedule a session
You can reschedule a session in various ways:
From Month view, drag and drop a session to a new day. The day of the session will change, but the time will remain the same.
From Day view, drag a session to a new time. You can also drag the end time to extend the duration of the session.
From Month and Day view, open the session, click the edit icon and choose new dates and times for the start and end
