Support Groups and Classes Dashboard

On the Support Groups & Classes Dashboard, you will see:

  • All published classes and groups (1) when the 'Published' text is purple.

  • All drafted (or unpublished) classes or support groups (2) when the 'Drafts' text is purple.

  • Support groups and classes listed by title (3).

  • Date and time of the support group or class (4).

  • Number of registered attendees (5).

  • A Filter box to filter your support group and class searches (6).

  • + Add button for adding new classes and support groups to your organization (7).

Support Group or Class Details Page

By clicking on a support group or class, you will see the Support Group or Class Details Page.

From this page, you can:

  • View class or support group details and description (1).

  • Edit or delete class or support group details (2).

  • Publish or unpublish the class or support group with a toggle (3)

  • View upcoming support group or class sessions (4)

  • View past support group or class sessions (5)

  • View the presenter for each session (6)

  • View registration information (7)

  • Add a support group or class session (8)

Support Group or Class Session Details Page

Click on a class or group session to be taken to the Group or Class Session Details Page.

On the Group or Class Session Details Page, you can:

  • View group or class session details (1), such as meeting information, date, and time, and registration limits.

  • Edit session details like the presenter or attendees, duplicate the session, or delete the support group or class session by using the icons (2).

  • Use the 'Accepting Registration' toggle to turn registrations on and off (3)

  • View and manage registered attendees (4).

  • Start the group or class session (5).
