This video tells how to send a message to another provider or organization.
From your Provider Dashboard, click on the Messages box OR click on the purple navigation bard on he left and select Messages.
Go to the New Message option and click.
In the Search bar, type in the name of the practitioner you’d like to contact.
You can also message a practitioner by going to your name on the left-hand toolbar and clicking the dropdown menu. Select the Professional Network. Find the name of the practitioner from your network that you would like to contact and select Send Message to the right of their name. You will then access the same New Message platform.
Pick the Category that your message pertains to; if the one you need isn’t provided, pick a category that is most similar to what you need.
Click into the green box and start typing your message.
Attach a file if needed by clicking the Attach File icon. Please note files must be in JPG or PNG format.
When your message is complete, click the green Send button. You will receive a green banner message on the top of your screen confirming that the message was sent.
You will now see your message at the top of the All Messages column.
