The Historical patient feature enables you to store former patient records without the patient receiving an invitation to join, connection notifications or emails.
Historical patients is a feature enabled by request. Request access to the Historical Patients feature by emailing [email protected].
Select the 'Patients' box -> + Invite patient
Enter patient information
Select Historical Patient check box AND Archive patient check boxes.
Select 'Send Invite'.
The historical patient will be added to your 'Archived Patients' list.
