Automated Flagging

Mahmee’s Automated Flagging system helps providers know that a patient has received an elevated score on a perinatal health Screening or Monitor and is in need of additional care.

This system provides a timely way for providers to identify and support rising risk patients before a concerning medical issue arises.

Automated Flagging helps providers identify that a patient needs more attention without the patient having to verbally self-report their issues or concerns.

How does Automated Flagging work?

A Flag is automatically assigned to the patient’s profile if they enter a concerning reading into a Health Monitor or if they have an elevated score high on a Screening.

If a concerning reading is reported on a Health Monitor, the automated flag is visible to the patient’s entire Care Team.

If an elevated score is reported from a Screening, the automated flag is visible only to the organization that assigned the Screening.

A patient cannot see if they have been flagged.

When providers visit their Dashboard, they will see all flagged patients listed separately under the header “Flagged Patients.”
