From the patient's medical record,
Option 1: Select the 'Care' tab. Appointments, interactions, support groups, and classes are listed in reverse chronological order (most recent listed first).
Option 2: Select the 'Plan' tab to view the patient's Care Plan, which includes care plan items as well as appointments, groups, classes in a timeline format.
Use the Filter to search for care. Sort care activities based on status, type, date range, and care provider.
Select an appointment, class, coaching, or group to see more details.
To view a past appointment's Visit Summary, select the appointment, then 'Edit Chart & Summary' in the top right corner of the Appointment Session Details page.
