Filtering patient lists

Let team members only see patients they are working with

Administrators can see active patients under care for each provider in their organization for reporting purposes.


Filtering does not apply to archived patients, only active patients. To filter patient lists, providers need to be assigned to a patient’s Care Team.

To view only your patients:

  1. From the Provider Dashboard, highlight My Patients to only see patients, appointments, and messages from patients under your care.

  2. Highlight All Patients to view all the active patient's in your organization.

To filter all patients:

  1. From your Provider Dashboard, select 'See All' in the patients box.

  2. Use filters at the top of your patient list to filter patients by;

    • Subscription

    • Type

    • Assigned provider

    • Organization on their Care Team.

Mahmee Tip: You will need to have the appropriate permissions in your role to view and use the filter feature. The account admin will need to update the settings for each role using the Roles & Permissions section.

Assign/Unassign Providers - When checked, the provider has the ability to assign and un assign patients to a provider's list

View All Patients - When checked, the provider can view all patients in the organization.

View Assigned Patients - When checked, the provider can view all patients that have been assigned to their list.
