Organization profile and settings

Help patients, organizations, clients, and other providers find you.

Organization profile:

Logged in as an Account Admin, select your organization's name on the top right of your dashboard -> Select 'Profile & Settings.'


Add or update your organizations profile

  1. Use your organization's custom URL for use in websites, media, and marketing materials.

  2. Complete details about your organization. Highlight languages spoken, size of your team, etc


Additional organization information

  • Verify your organization's contact information.

  • Select which types of appointments your organization offers.

  • Have a promotional video? Add it in the Video Embed URL bar.

  • Add your organization's website address.

  • Select which team members of your organization will be visible on the listing.

Adding an organization logo

  1. Select add or the edit icon under 'Organization Logo.'

  2. Upload your logo from your files. Your computer’s upload options will appear.

    1. Vertical logo: Displayed as your organization’s profile image. Suggested format is square or circular and size of 144 x 144 pixels or larger.

    2. Horizontal logo: Displayed at the top of your organization’s appointment visit summary. Suggested format is horizontal with an aspect ratio between 3:1 (576 x 192 pixels) and 6:1 (1,152 x 192 pixels).

  3. Logos should now appear under the 'Organization Logo.'


Organization Settings

Use the check boxes for:

  • Show in Marketplace - This box is checked by default, meaning that your organization is listed on mahmee.com. To hide your organization's listing, uncheck the box.

  • Allow patients to send messages to your organization - Messages are received in Mahmee Messages.

    • Notify organization members when a message is sent to your organization - This enables members of your organization to receive alerts when any patient sends a message, appointment request, or invitation to your organization. Your personal notifications are managed in your provider profile.

  • Allow patients to request appointments with you through Mahmee.

Select 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
