Being connected in the Professional Network allows you to collaborate on patient care by sending messages and group video calls.
Sending a Connection Request
From your Provider Dashboard, navigate to your Professional Network page.
Use the search bar to enter the name, email, or phone number of the person you want to add to your Professional Network.
When they appear, select 'Add Connection'
If you cannot find the person you are looking, send a Connection Request.
Select 'Invite Provider' at the bottom of the page
Enter the name and email of the person you'd like to connect with.
Select 'Invite'
The pending invite will show in 'Sent Requests.' When your invite is accepted, the provider will show in your 'Connections'.
