Accepting incoming referrals or care team requests from patients

  1. From your Provider Dashboard, click the View Patients box.

2. Click on the Incoming Connections box.

3. In the Requested Connections box, you can manually approve or deny incoming referrals by clicking the check box or the x box.

4. Providers and organizations have the option to automatically approve all incoming connections and referrals.

5. Toggle on the Auto-approve incoming connections setting to automatically approve connections and referrals.
