From the patient's medical record -> Select the kebab icon (three dots) on the upper right bar.

Select Send a Referral

In the pop-up screen, enter the name of the referral

Click on the name of the referral to see more info, like location and phone number.

Click Send.

A green bar at the top of the screen indicates that the referral has been successfully sent to the patient.

From the referral pop-up, you can see the patient's referral history.

From the patient's medical record -> Select the kebab icon (three dots) on the upper right. bar.

Select Send a Referral

In the pop-up screen, select the kebab icon (three dots) to the right of the referral.

Select Resend Request.
