Troubleshooting Basics

Group Video troubleshooting

As a group video host, if you are experiencing issues:

  1. Click End Call.

  2. Refresh your browser and start a new Group Video call from your Dashboard.

As a Group Video participant, if you start experiencing issues

  1. Turn off your camera by pressing the camera icon.

  2. Refresh the page. You will automatically reconnect you to the same Group Video call.

Check your device's permissions

If the video screen shows “Waiting” when you try to enter the call, your permissions are likely the problem.

  • If you are using Mahmee from your phone/ mobile device, update your device's permissions for Android or iPhone to allow Google Chrome access your microphone and camera.

  • If you are using Mahmee from your computer update your internet browser permissions to allow Google Chrome to access your microphone and camera.
