Viewing assigned providers
When providers in an organization get assigned to a patient's Care Team, the patient list can be filtered to show only patients under the providers care or view all patients in the organization.
Automatic Care Team assignment
Providers from an organization will automatically be assigned to a patient's Care Team if a provider;
Sends a message to a patient
Has an appointment with a patient
Completes an event (support group, class, coaching session) with a patient
Adds an Interaction to the patient's medical record
Assigning a provider when inviting a patient:
When inviting a patient to join your organization, assign a provider (or multiple providers) to the patient's Care Team by using the dropdown box under Assign to Care Team -> select 'Send Invite.'
Assigning a provider from the patient's medical record:
Navigate to a patient's medical record and click Care Team & Plan to find your organization.
2. Select Assign.
3. Use the search bar or use the Show All Members dropdown box to choose a provider (or providers).
4. Select the appropriate providers and click Add to List.
5. Once the providers have been selected, click Assign.
6. The provider now shows on the patient's Care Team.
Provider assignment permissions
Account admins will need to update settings for each role in Roles & Permissions. We recommend the account admins review and select the below permissions for each role in the organization:
Assign/Unassign Providers - When checked, the provider has the ability to assign and un assign patients to a provider's list
View All Patients - When checked, the provider can view all patients in the organization.
View Assigned Patients - When checked, the provider can view all patients that have been assigned to their list.
