Why can't I view a patient or a Mahmee feature?

We know it can be frustrating when your account doesn’t show features or patients, but it’s an easy problem to fix!

Reasons for missing features or patients

  1. Permissions settings

The most likely reason you can’t see a feature is because your role or organization doesn’t have permission to see it. Only an account admin can change the features you have access to in your account. The person that creates the organization is an account admin, and can make any other organization member an account admin as well.

  1. Contact your account admin to change your permissions. If you are the account admin and believe your permissions are incorrect, please contact [email protected].

2. Your team created multiple organizations by accident

Each organization should only have one organization account in Mahmee. If your team created multiple accounts, you will not be able to share access to the shared documents, forms, and interactions that are set to only be visible to members of your organization.

Check to see if you made a different account by comparing the code underneath your organization name in the top right corner of your dashboards.

If you are both working in the same organization, the codes should be the same. If not, you can fix this by designating one account as the only organization account. Ask for the rest of the accounts to be deleted by emailing [email protected].

3. You are in the wrong organization

If you belong to more than one organization, make sure you are in the correct one. Learn how to switch between the two here.
